Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Urbanjoy do not accept returns due to change of mind or any other reasons once receipt of item.

(If the Item is damaged in transit please kindly reject the courier / parcel and contact customer care on 9595-095-343. If damaged parcel accepted by customer Urbanjoy will not be responsible for any claims. Opening video of accepted courier parcel is required for any claims.

Return due to Wrong order:

No returns accepted if wrong product ordered. Once order made cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

We do not provide Refunds guarantee for all purchases made on our website.

We process refund only in below two cases:

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
